I call this artwork Bowlkulele. You may touch it. It is designed to be played as a musical instrument. It has 6
electric guitar strings and three base guitar strings. It
can be strummed, plucked or hit with mallets. It was made using a slump mold and the foot was thrown on a potter’s wheel. It is decorated with underglazes and fired to cone 1
in oxidation. I hope you enjoy it.
