A set of small earthenware jars, thrown with slab bottoms with a mix of sgraffito and brushwork imagery. Electric fired to cone 04. The cats themselves serve as meditations on and metaphors for the human condition---they land on their feet, they are presently enjoying one of nine lives, and with two in the yard difficulties are at least momentarily on the run.
