(Stockton, CA) Once again, it’s time for Delta
College Culinary Arts’
delicious WINTER FEAST, Wednesday, Dec. 2, 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. in Danner Hall. Chefs Mark Berkner and Robert Halabicky will
have their students rarin' & ready for
another culinary extravaganza.
Here’s a tip: Eat lightly that day,
you’ll need to make room for the “Feast!”
Always a Stockton favorite, the Winter Feast is a scholarship fundraiser for
Delta College’s Culinary Arts Program. The event always draws the valley's top
culinary professionals. Student teams develop a menu within a theme, then create
a station where they serve their culinary delights. This buffet style dinner is
lively, abundant and flavorful. It provides an opportunity for you to interact
with student chefs as they share what they have learned during the semester -
and create what YOU want!
