JOIN DELTA COLLEGE FOR A CELEBRATION OF FOOD & FUN! |

		      Once again, it’s time for Delta College Culinary Arts’ delicious WINTER FEAST, Wednesday, Dec.
		      10, 
		      5:30 - 8:00 p.m. in Danner Hall.  Chefs Mark Berkner and Robert Halabicky 
		      will have their students rarin' & ready  for another culinary 
		      extravaganza. 
		      
		      Here’s a tip: Eat lightly that day, you’ll need to make 
		      room for the “Feast.”
 Always a Stockton favorite, the Winter Feast is a scholarship fundraiser for 
		      Delta College’s Culinary Arts Program.  
Student  teams develop a menu within a theme, then create a station where they serve their   
culinary  delights. This buffet style dinner is  lively, abundant and flavorful. It provides an opportunity for you to interact  with student chefs as they share  what they have learned during the semester.
FOOD STATIONS INCLUDE:

*Skewers Galore
*Delta Raw Bar with Oysters, Ahi salad, Shrimp cocktail
*Carved Turkey and Roast Beef
*Scrumptious Canapes
