Clancy Memorial Awards: Best of Show $250, 2nd Place $200, 3rd Place $150, and five additional $100 awards – Lodi Artisan Masters Award (2), Blanche McDaniel Memorial Award, the Bill Williams Award in Drawing, and the SJDC Print Club Award.
The LH Horton Jr. Gallery is a program of the Art Department of the Division of Art & Communications, and is a premier exhibition space located on the campus of San Joaquin Delta College. The primary mission of the Gallery is to support Student Learning Outcomes in the visual arts curriculum by building knowledge within the aesthetic, technical, cultural and historical context of the visual arts. The Gallery offers excellent exhibition opportunities to local, regional, and national artists, lenders and guest curators. The Gallery presents artists’ work in all media, with no thematic or geographic restrictions. Student Exhibitions are held annually at the end of Spring Semester. Exhibitions are selected through a Call for Entries process, juried by the Gallery Committee and guest jurors.
