South Campus at Mountain House Opens for Business, Monday, July 27!

(Stockton, CA)

San Joaquin Delta College’s South Campus at Mountain House will officially open its doors for business on Monday, July 27th at 8 a.m. Enrollment at the new campus, located at 2073 South Central Parkway at Mountain House, is going “fabulous” according to Dr. Jessie Garza-Roderick, Delta’s Associate Dean for the Tracy Center. “To date, our student headcount is 2,423, with a capacity to enroll about 5,000 students.”

The new campus consists of 15 classrooms, 4 science labs, 1 Cisco Networking Academy computer lab (exclusive to Mountain House) a library and administrative office.  The campus administrative office will serve as a “one stop shop” for Admissions and Records, Financial Aid, and Veterans Services. All classrooms and labs have new furniture and state of the art lab equipment.

Delta’s South Campus at Mountain House will offer students a full range of General Education prerequisites and Nursing Program science prerequisites. Delta’s Tracy Center classrooms, located at 1895 West Lowell Ave., will officially go back to the Tracy Unified School District.
