Delta College Music Department Presents the Delta Chamber Music Concert, Monday, December 8, 7p.m. in Atherton Auditorium

(Stockton)

Delta’s popular annual Chamber Music Concert features the Delta College String Ensemble, conducted by Dr. Myriam Cottin-Rack. Also performing are the Delta Woodwind Quintet, Delta Saxophone Quartet, and Delta Brass Quintet. All three are coached by Delta music instructor, Arthur Holton, Jr.

Featured in this year’s concert will be compositions by Mozart, Beethoven, Hayden, and Bach (among others). Also, contemporary arrangements in a variety of styles will be performed.

(209) 954-5110.Tickets are $8 for adults, and $5 for students and seniors 62 and over. Children under 12 are free, but must obtain a ticket at the box office before entering the theatre.
