San Joaquin Delta College Announces
2007 Scholarship Recipients
(Stockton, CA) – San Joaquin Delta College will award over $280,000 in scholarship money to 200 students on Thursday, August 16, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. The 2007 Scholarship Awards Program will be held in the Atherton Auditorium with a reception following in Danner Hall. The public is invited to attend.
This annual event recognizes the achievements of San Joaquin Delta College students and the generosity of many individuals and organizations whose financial support honors and promotes higher education. Students are awarded scholarship money under various criteria, including, but not limited to, grade point average (GPA) and demonstrated financial need. Over 400 awards will be made, with many students receiving multiple scholarships.
