Wrestling

Michael Sandler has been the wrestling coach at Delta College for the past 18 seasons. During that time, the Mustangs have steadily improved and earned respect throughout California. Under Coach Sandler, Delta College wrestling has had 60 state qualifiers, 25 place at the state tournaments, 24 Academic All-Americans, and four All-Americans. In 2010, Delta College had a state champion. In 2014 Delta College had three All-State wrestlers with all of them signing to continue their educations and wrestling careers at four-year colleges.
